Common Procurement Questions

Do you have a DPA?

Yes. Scanara provides a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement as a standard Enterprise contract addendum. It covers all processing activities: source code scanning, scan result storage, assessment data, and audit logs.

Who are your sub-processors?

Our current sub-processor list is available on request via your CSM. Key sub-processors include AWS (EU data residency, eu-west-1 and eu-central-1), Stripe (billing), and SendGrid (transactional email).

Where is data stored?

Source code, scan results, and all compliance data are stored in AWS eu-west-1 (Ireland) by default. EU-central-1 (Frankfurt) residency is available on request for Enterprise customers.

Is there a security audit available?

Penetration test results (most recent external pen test summary) are available under NDA for Enterprise prospects. SOC 2 Type II audit is expected Q4 2026.
